EXLLENT LEARNING CURVE

MSC Debt Recovery is an aseome company to for. The owner is a wonder lady. She inspires me, she is alway postive , she has a good heart. She sent me for an excel course abd she paid for it in full. I wish to grow in the company and be apart of the senior management team or do bookkeeping or salaries at MCS Debt Recovery. - Its awesome to work at MCS Debt Recovery -Chating to the clients , making sure clients are sent the nessary documentations. Giving good service. -I have a good relationship with co-workers -I learnt how to use excel, do graphss and do Presentations. The experiences is amazing. Since I never had a computer while growing up. - I enjoy the working hours. I finish work at 3:45pm.The lively environment and my senior manager does not nag me. If I do something erong , which is hardly never. He speaks to me like a human. - Making sureI do not have backlog.

Pros: Great opportunity for Promotions
Cons: The manager , She has no way of speaking. She is rude.

I have gained a lot of computer skills as well as communication skills

A general day at work would be just a lot of noise, cause that's about all you hear, which isn't a bad thing. I have quite an open relationship with both co-workers and senior management. I have learnt to voice my opionions and have also aquired a very dynamic mindset which makes me an out of the box thinker.

Pros: uncapped commission
Cons: too short breaks

Self motivated & hard working

I am very hardworking . Have extensive experience with excel ,word & PowerPoint. Work well with staff . Admin experience aswell. Team player , self motivated & pay attention to detail.

Pros: Seeking better opportunities
Cons: Company relocated & company is down sizing ( possibility of retrenchment) no room for growth

I do collections and customer services

I have computer skills , telephone skills , customer care skills since we do collections but we also receivers calls from debtors who wants to query about their accounts , requesting settlement letters ,requesting balance remaining on their accounts etc.

Pros: I love working with lot people
Cons: we starts from 16.00 to 21.00, i can work anytime ,work keeps me busy
