Discovery Insights, understanding different kinds of people
I must say it was very tough dealing with angry clients on a weekly basis. I had to be understanding. The whole organization was introduced to Discovery Insights where we learnt of different colour energies in each individual and understood better different characters. That is one tool no one can ever take away from you, it has now been a great pleasure working with a big team as we are aware of how to deal with certain aspects individually. With our daily challenges we have learnt to coach one another, I must say I truly appreciate my company for the opportunity that I got I did many short courses that today have built me and now I am able to call myself an expert. Thank you for your consideration

Good opportunities to find the best way to do things
I have a high degree of personal autonomy. I have learned a lot about leadership and the need to motivate and hold ourselves accountable. The market conditions are tough and achieving targets is becoming increasingly difficult.
