Pharmacy assistance post basic

The day its about delivering the best and accurate customers service at all times.since it is a courier company everything it should be at the best of the patients you delivering service to.ensuring the medication reach patients on time.we are divided teams working to the same goal .maintaining service is all about getting the feedback by surveying each and every caller to assess how best is cetisfaction and also the poor service for improvement. The is a continuous training that is done twice a week.the call volume it varies on day to day as all our service is based on scheduled dates which all need to be met. The most challenging times is when we having delays, but with the best commitment of our delivering of service all Is done to our out most for satisfactory of time . What I love about my job is when a patient is calling back about the gratitude of time schedule kept before they run out of their chronic medication.

Pros: Learning how important to be able keep your professionalism, despite the vulger that the patient might be throwing at you because they irritated.
Cons: High call volume is the most important thing that could be more challenging when the is delays because of strikes and being impossible to make deliveries.in general you experience a lot of different types of people and having to be in my position you experience a lot different ways of working with things that are sometimes over your control but you need to make means and effort to ensure the standard and the reputation of the company

Learn, Growth and seizing the opportunity

I'm working at Logistics department of a Courier pharmacy. Working with different courier services and the pharmacy for medication delivery. I have worked for over 5 years in this Department and gained logistics experience. As a Supervisor and 2IC Line manager coming from a call cunderstand the dynamics working in junior position and how to improve myself to grow within the industry and motivate others to do the same. The challenges we experience are delivery complaints and service recovery internally and externally with the couriers. Bringing the logistics and pharmaceutical industries together. My relationship with co-workers is enlighting as a mediator between the pharmacy, the service provider and the client.
