Good opportunity to expand my knowledge.

a typical work day: Is when the system rejects claims. Your relationship with co-workers I have a good relationship and thanks to my interpersonal skills. What you have learnt: I learnt a lot about the health care industry and I know how to operate their systems What you enjoy most: handling quick fix call to maintain the system The most challenging aspects of the job: is that we sometimes dependent to developers when maybe there is a query for system enhancement.

Pros: i work with integrated systems.
Cons: i dont have full control of logged calls(which means if i am done with the query i cant just close it because i must wait for the other business part to finish actioning the call)

Learnt alot and gave alot to the company.

A typical work day Fixing clients computer hardwares and software related defects. Your relationship with co-workers its very good because we work as a team. What you have learnt I learnt a lot about vpn rather than going physical to a clients computer. What you enjoy most Team building The most challenging aspects of the job we work the whole night when the business systems needs to be refreshed.

Pros: Good technology resources
Cons: They are using the small VDI towers.

Taught me alot about technology.

Typical work day: - When there's to many backlogs and we must finish those call as soon as possible. Your relationship with co-workers: - My relationship is good with my co-workers, we work as a team and we do help each other about anything even if its not work related. What you have learnt: - I learned how to investigate and test system problems. What you enjoy most: -Creating task for maintenance team to update some of the things that are needed by the business. The most challenging aspects of the job: - Creating system enhancement calls that must be done by the Developers, when a business wants a new function/enhancement on the system.

Pros: There's a huge space for growth.
Cons: Some clients are too aggressive when needing help.
