Excellent Learning Curve

This company has helped me to grow tremendously. If I had a choice I would stay. I have learnt a great deal. Great people at all levels of the company - joining Megarom is like joining a family and everyone is supportive of each other and has a great time together A great culture - coming to work is fun and there are always nights out and something for everyone Management really take the time to talk to everyone and listen to opinions. Training budget is great and you are encouraged to use it. Ambitious and energetic company with real opportunities. Management always try to listen to your need and find a way for you, as an individual, to florish in the organization. Great fun after work

Involved in invoicing, ledger accounts and bank reconciliation

My typical daily activities as Debtors Controller. Involved in all Accounting Assistant work from invoicing, to ledger accounts and bank reconciliation. Currently using SAGE ERP X3 but have been using SAGE Evolution for the past 5 years. I work well with my team and I assist with analysis and credit applications.

Pros: Growth, by learning new things daily, and big chance of advancing my education
Cons: Company small, therefore prone to liquidation, especially during these times of lockdowns
