I really enjoy working at megatron it has its challengers but i have learnt to overcome them

I set out days forecast for production ,I have toolbox talk and discussion for days planning I assist the stores in handing out components for production and assist on the floor with getting the days work out I have a very sound relationship with co -workers as we have been together for many years .I assist and mentor them with learning and life skills in order to create a good working environment I have learnt a great deal from management to new products and also learnt about ISO .I have learnt about myself to be a better manager I enjoy teaching and learning new skills and challengers ,I also enjoy hands on working and dealing with customers and suppliers most challenging is suppliers delivering on time in order to get the product out on time ,but with my personality and motivation I have always achieved the impossible

Pros: great learning curve ,meeting different people in the industry and also creating a quality product
Cons: working conditions not always great with equipment to do the tasks

Unprecedented development in financial, planing, human relations with subordinates and peers.

Due to the nature of the industry, daily planing is critical, but extenuating circumstances like late delivery, access, weather are all factors that make changes plans and targets a necessity and common place. Excellent working relationship which requires patience and understanding of peoples capabilities and understanding. The pleasure of seeing a plant go on line from the laying of the first cable, to the last commissioning document being signed over. The greatest challenge is to deliver on time and sticking to programs as there are many aspects that will create change, and the ability to plan and adapt on the run sometimes requires a lot of patience and ingenuity.

Pros: A tremendous learning curve.
Cons: Building cutting edge plants with a diminishing skills base.

Find job challenging

I am multi skilled and I firmly believe I can be an asset to any company. I am hard working and lead and can make a difference. I have worked in various fields of Occupational Health Environment and Safety. I worked in construction, commercial, industrial and on the mines from a safety officer to safety manager to project SHERQ safety manager and Group safety manager. I managed various Safety managers from various sub-contractors some which are blue chip companies under my control. Through hard work I have achieved various awards for work done at Nedbank and I am knowledgeable in Business Continuity. I have compiled all guidelines and general Occupational Health and Safety procedures, environmental and audits for the companies and procedures on the new construction regulations. Very good at what i do and always do to excell

I consider myself to be ambitious and self motivated person that truly understands the value and importance of mutual respect. I have been on the field of electrical for over 5 years working on commercial, industrial and domestic projects, throughout that period I have managed to do work on High, Medium and Low voltage power .Skilled in installation and maintenance of electrical work. I can work well within a team and confident to take on board any instruction given and carry on with the work. I am not afraid of working on heights and confined spaces.
