We start the day with tool box talk We executive jobs as per requirements Team well to work with Company offers courses to improve knowledge Spares are always available Management understands workers Team work is great and we get along We discuss challenges and we resolve any task given I always autograph my work with excellence

Pros: Great opportunity to grow and learn
Cons: No over time and rate low
