At work, I'm in early to prepare for the day. i have a strong relationship with co-workers. i have an open door policy so my guys come to me to discuss work and if they need to, they do ask for advice in their personal life. i have learnt from this industry that we all need to work together to achieve a common goal. We must respect each other and our titles but must not abuse it or enforce it...customer service is above all the most important as this help sustain and grow a business through referrals. i enjoy building and maintaining relationships. the most challenging part of my job is dealing with the different personalities...in my sales staff and my clients...i have learnt...take the time to listen...

Looking for new oppurtunities

Great company to work for. Well Presented image, great service from very committed individuals. Management may be better suited to the roles though. It has served the market well to have this multifranchise dealer open in Durban south

Pros: Lots of room for expansion
