I am friendly person , enjoying working as a team and motivates other colleagues.I hate those Who forces things to do in their way instead of using the procedure or the required standard. I am committed to achieve the customers expectations continually so that customers become reliable to our company. Customers are the first priorities when we coming to business. I am always ensure that the customers are happy at all timeTo present a goog quality products to customer meaning you are committed to meet the customers requirements.

Pros: To see myself as SHEQ Manager one day.
Cons: I am currently working long hours and under pressure when necessary

Learnt new product

Manufacturing, general office administration duties performed, work closely with production staff, internal sales and staff at plant. I have learnt what materials it takes to make up a pulley and the processes of how a pulley is manufactured. Following up on queries and reporting back on solutions. Working with a plant full of males from different cultures

Pros: Good working environment
Cons: No room to grow within the company

Melco Conveyor Equipment is a conveyor manufacturing equipment. Makes structures, frames, pulleys and rollers. The company has more than 500 employees. It supply local and international country with its products

Pros: Very dedicated to my job and can handle stress. Can do better without supervision
Cons: If there's unfinished task I always make time to complete even if it means I must work long extra hours I won't mind

Excellent job

Excellent company to work for, and awesome sales team. Management is exceptional at what they do. As in any sales role the most challenging aspect is dealing with difficult customer and winning the battle.

Pros: Excellent growth opportunities
Cons: Traveling long distance

Excellent learning skills

Preventive maintenance each day for all machine when and if theres is no breakdown, attending to all brakdowns of machine, ac/ dc motors are mostly the breakdown am attending to, vsd drives, basic PLC and all electrical related issues

Pros: Improving the work environment
Cons: Standby
