EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

Due to the different services you are exposed to with regards to ground handling, you are exposed to a wide variety of HR relevant matters, ranging from training to employee relations You also learn to deal with a difficult landlord and yo have the opportunity to build good relationships with your co-workers. I enjoy working with the employees and making a difference in the the work satisfaction of the employees. Unfortunately aviation is an unpredictable work environment and you never know what you will be faced with who you step into the office. It's best to make the best of each day and tackle each problem as they come. It has also taught name that it is important to chance your approach to each employee and situation, as they are never the same and needs some special care and attention

Cons: Company's existence dependant on ACSA licence renewal and tender awards

Excellent learning curve through multi tasking, and learning oppertunities

My aim is to deliver excellent work in everything I do. I am a hardworking, dedicated individual with good communication and administrative skills, acquired from exposure to various working environments. I work well within a team and enjoy using initiative when working on my own. My competencies amongst other include leadership, analysis and judgments, planning and organizing, having functional skills and being flexible to meet legal and moral obligations within the organization Multitasking enabled me to be exposed to various positions and different challenges and my learnings are not limited in just a single box. It is through that which I can discover other strength and provide mobility within the organization.

Exciting opportunity

Meet and greet passengers from incoming international flights.On a daily basis I have to open files for passengers who's bag or bags was left behind in other cities.I then have to trace ,find and request these bags to be send to Cape Town asap.Keeping the passenger updated at all times telephonically or via email.Arrange meetings with fellow colleuages as per manager''s request and take minutes.Assist manager with daily office filing and reports of what was done during the day.To answer the phone and to make sure I return calls as promise.Keeping the passenger happy.I am a great team player as I believe team work makes a dream work.I have learnt that one need to equip and develop one self in order to grow.The most enjoyable thing in my job is to go the extra mile and to do it to the best of your ability.When flights are delayed into the early hours of the morning and you have to stay at work no matter what the time.

Excellent learning Opportunity

I am a person who contributes structure and process to interactions so groups are able to function effectively and make high-quality decision. I’m a helper and enabler whose goal is to support others as they achieve exceptional performance. I have a strong habit of working with a team and being part of a successful team is very attractive to me, but what come somewhat naturally to me is helping people in need. The fulfilment I receive from doing it is inexplicable and I have a strong sense of making the life of those living under difficult condition easier. Working under strict rule in a very regulated environment where adherence to discipline is important to me, I even experience at times frustration when things need to be done without structure and controlled measures and I believe that this is a good habit for success in general.

My willingness to work hard and build my skills will make me the best candidate for the job. This position requires someone who can adapt very quickly to changing circumstances and I believe that if change is necessary and meaningful and pace is reasonable I am more than comfortable with it, this can be good when situation needs stability.

I do housekeeping check lists keep our environment clean, assure that everyone is wearing proper PPE, do orders for ppe's Its the airport i work with people from different backgrounds different cultures from different African countries different languages, i learned to respect various cultures and beliefs I enjoy challenges because thats the way to learn and to grow professionally, i believe in team work, my colleagues are the most amazing people knowing how to deal with issues and keep our work professional I mostly enjoy learning from people and respect peoples opinions The most challenging aspects of my job is language barriers failing to understand each other, people undermining me because of age difference but apart from that i keep everything professional unless it affe ts me personally

Good stepping stone

Its a great place to start hence you gain skills and you grow as a person. Skill such as communication , team work , time keeping and going an extra mile. Dealing peaple you must always be patient hence I have learned how yo be patient with our customers.

i have acquired skills and development of working with distinguish people each and everyday also to learn how to keep up smile on my clients i believe in communication and listening skills because they build you as an individual and it also help on the company s positive booming .i am an individual how likes to learn and get more skill and development and also to share ideas .my experience with my co-workers was a very good relationship because we teach each other through sharing our daily challenges and come up with solution that is best for our company s concern
