Partially good learning curve

This is a government institution with employees above 1000. The development strategies are somehow minimal, and even the promotion opportunities are very minimal. It is an institution that is politically driven with politicians forever interfering with the day to day proceedings.

Pros: To be honest with you promotions are there yet they are for a selected card holding members. Been working at the same position for the past seven years, yet I can qoute just a few things that served as an encouragement.

Partially good learning curve

In government there are ups and down, at first I enjoyed being a government employee. Yet that later changed due to how the politicians constantly interfering with service delivery, both internal and external. The development strategy is okay yet still needs improvement. I loved my job yet one has to be in an environment where growth opportunities are open to all.

Admin and I’ve learnt a lot of things in the Hr industry such as the following - Admin - Employment Equity - Bookkeeping records - Recruitment and the most challenging aspects is the Memorandum Reports

Excellent learning experience

It's nice place to start a career and dealing with difficult customers, it is part of service delivery . It's a great opportunity for getting new skills and having a huge experience.
