There is no growth since there is no qualification in my field of work

I start work at 08:45 , my primary job is to pass credit for return goods from all type of customers which includes cash custemrs, account customers, remote customers and workshop. I am responsible to do stock adjustment when the need arises, for example , stock received incomplete ,some stock items are recieved damaged , stock over supplied and stock received is uknown or incorrect. I often interact with customers by emailing them their outstanding invoices and credit notes. i also store paid items for cash customers for collection. i do all warehouse duties which includes perpetual stock inventory ,binning of stock, dispatching as well as filing. I also attended the NQF 1 course which started in March and completed in august 2016.

Pros: Meeting different people every day since we interact with customers
Cons: No growth

Its a good start for better future

My job keeps me up on my toes. i am always on the phone with the coworkers and customers. I always feel like i can do more but somehow i found myself stuck ,doing same thing ,over and over. i really need to grow and face new challenges. i am confident that i can do more and excel.

Excellent job introduction

with my work I did a cash book, on EFT and cheques, I get used to excel, I did Banking( collecting cash from cashiers) I did certain creditors. I've learned how to communicate with my colleagues to believe in myself to ask where I don't understand. a good relationship with my colleagues makes work easily.
