Excellent learning curve.

It's an awsome company to work for.Loads of fun, buzzing environment, well balanced. As staff we are well looked after.Diffrent in working hours as oppose to the normal 08:00 -17H00 it's 03:00am - 11:30am. No week-end work but we do work public holidays.Loads of opportunity for growth & development.

Good learning curve

Working for merchant was agood learning experience. You learn to work with different types of people. I liked the environment it was youthfull and vibrant.

Excellent learning curve

We are more like a family with my coworkers brothers and sisters. I have learnt how important empathy is when you assisting a customer and always go extra mile to make sure the problem is solved. I enjoy helping people. The most challenging aspect of the job is the fact that we have to keep a smile to keep our customers happy even if the customer is Irede you have to be calm at all times and we have to separate our personal lives from work.

Pros: Great opportunities for promotion if you do your job well and also there's a lot to learn from our management
