Working for merchants has been wonderful to me in many ways such as ...ive grown as a person as well as an employee..now i understand customer service more than ever. Ive learnt to be patient and to advise clients on their query with even further information for future purposes. I have also learn to multifunction, talking about speak to the client while am typing..there for it has also advance my typing skills..It gave me capability to work with a team
