My focus
In order to ensure that I deliver on all of my expectations in my role, it’s critical that I plan my day. Through this simple action, I am able to ensure the following: Reporting That I am able to provide an analysis and insight on previous day performance that enables our client to provide feedback to relevant business stakeholders Engagement A critical part of my success is ensuring that I interact with my direct reports daily, but also spend time supporting team leaders and re iterating the focus of our operation. I also have weekly interactions with agents to gain insight on issues that they have noted from customer interactions as well as matters that might be affecting them. In the role that I am in, I believe that if you make yourself accessible and interact with all people across all roles that this enables sustainable performance as well forges professional relationships.

Learning to deal with customers
I’m an ambitious person with an open mind to learn new things. I like challenges because that’s where I feel my worth is being tested. I’m self-motivated and a pro-active individual. I am very organized, positive, and a hard worker. I aim to be professional at all times and pay attention to detail. i can work in a team and as an individual have experience in customer service and have learnt to deal with different customers

Learning opportunities limited.
A permanent post would be most motivation for agent to better their work and willingness to give more to customers or clients. A salary increase would go along as the current income would assist in furthering careers, to better their growth within the company.

Excellent working experience
A typical work day would start of at 8am. I would come in greet everyone, which is basically the type of relationship I had with my co-worker's. I have learned not to let pride, personal issues and people's opinions get in the of my productivity. I enjoy helping people in general, working together towards a common goal. Being able to do my job without the fear of being judged because of my lack of qualifications.

Stepping stone
Solving customer queries within my scope, providing relevant and accurate information with queries outside my scope. Customer orientated co-workers with excellent personalities and respective team leaders. No perk, no salary increases, long hours and dealing with problem that occured due to different departments.

At Cisco everyday you learn, so never to old to get better and better
So when I get to work I plan my day and structure it i then do the following below: Gathers customers’ information and determines the issue by evaluating and analysing the symptoms. Collaborates and leads on fast issue resolution and sets customer expectations by determining the impact and the scope of the escalation then decides the required course of action. Researches required information using available resources. I also love working with me co-workers building them up and help where i can. I have learnt a lot of Cisco. I enjoy chatting with my co-workers which is all over the would using Cisco System on WebEx. The most challenging aspect of the job is handle up to 10 cases a day, as there is not enough days in one day to get everything done.
