I learnt how to communicate with customers, giving the best customer service.
Working at Merchants it's a good environment to work at but the problem is the salary. I am not happy with my current salary because I deliver good customer service to the customers and I am a hard worker. My relationships with my coworkers, we get along very well, we always there for each other and also assist each other if one is having a problem whether it's related to the job or personal stuff. The most challenging aspect is when we have to work under pressure and deliver the required stats or results. We work with performance so every month you must meet the required target , I am able to work under pressure but sometimes it just gets too much because they end up treating us with warning, as a matter of fact they do issue out warning if you haven't met the required target..
Pros: There is no growth in the company
Cons: There are long working hours but once after a while that will be over time but right now we've been working short hours because apparently the company was at a loss of money

Excellent customer service n field
I am a reliable person. Able to work under pressure and still satisfy the customer needs. Flexible, as I am able to work any shift. I am also a team player but i can also work on my own. I have mostly worked in a customer service environment for more than two years.
Pros: it was a place where a dedicated individual can grow.
Cons: 10 hours on a long shift, but normally its 8.

Excellent learning curve indeed
The working environment was very nice, he company was a very existing place to work at and the best if I can say. Wewere treated well with respect and our views were taken into consideration. I have learned to work with a team and that working together we achieve greater things and we push one another to perform at their out most best, I one is not doing well we motivate and not criticize. The most challenging aspect of my job was when a query had a follow up and there was no solution, that really made me feel bad, I felt helpless.
Pros: I was moved from prepaid, to contract, then after web chat, were we chat with the customer then I my last department was the red VIP Deparment
Cons: In worked 8 hours including night shift so its flexible hours.

Is a stepping stone
You learn new challenges everyday. I gain skills and knowledge. Its a great experience it organised company. I can recommend people to work there. Its a well customer servicr. The environment is good. Management is also good. Its not a perfect place thy are those errors but they are willing to change.

Great experience and learning curve
Enjoyed working for this company as it taught me how to work well under pressure and on how to deal with different type of people on a daily basis. As agents we have to meet the set KPI’s at all times, eg,first call resolution,quality,calls per hour etc. Working in a call center it teaches you to be a team player and understand your team members. What loved and enjoyed the most was assisting the subscribers with their queries and to satisfy them at the end of the call.
Pros: Excellent exposure and you get to learn different things on a daily basis.
Cons: Salary never increased and lack of growth

I am a fast learner
I am a hard worker ,I have 5 years experience working in a call centre environment I like dealing with clients I do inbound and outbound calls I also have a skill of data capturing I believe that I can be an assets to your company I am a team player and I can work on my own

Being people and customer oriented is great in call centre industry.
I am by nature a hard working individual and commit myself in my job and task given, I work well in a team and best individually I easily associate with people from all walks it's easier to motivate and to be motivated to deliver company goals. I believe I have grown personally and professionally to respect company and work ethics.

For someone who is inexperienced the company sure gives you a lot of it.you walk in clueless but leaves cluedup . There's so much growth within the company.

I have the importance of time
working at merchants is an excellent working enviroment as we treat each as a family member,it has taught me t be descpline .a typical day atwork is when we have a hjgh call volume but beside that we dont doanything hectic

Great experience
The company is a great place to work for. I have learned to be patient with myself and have grown a lot. My relationship with my colleagues is great and advice each other. Most challenging about my job is that we work long hours and sometimes knock 8late
