Excellent learning curve

Currently manage a team of 21 staff members with 32 stores all channels. Follow a route list with up to 7 calls per day. A typical day : interacting with staff, customers, store managers on a daily basis. Ensuring staff are executing daily duties , maintaining high standard. Enjoy continuous interaction with people. Meeting targets, promotions are up on time and 100% execution

Pros: Opportunity for growth,good perks and very good incentives
Cons: Working weekends

Excellent learning curve

It's a great a company I've gained a lot of experience within a very short time I've learnt a lot especially on how to order stock how to do returns I'm so happy with the opportunity.
