Excellent Learning Curve

Work days at Meropa cannot be predicted. The best way to cope is to prepare for the worst which occurs most of the time than to relax and fail tasks when the worst comes. The colleagues are mostly courteous though bubbly and are always willing to teach people what they know. I have learned a great deal as far as the marketing discipline goes and enjoyed mostly liaising with the media, putting together a promotional concept and hosting events. Multi-tasking is a must have as one is expected to juggle a lot at once.

Pros: Exposure to various departments and disciplines
Cons: Working on weekends and public holidays

Excellent Experience

I worked with good team members and servicing the customers was a great experience. Management was friendly and very understanding. I enjoyed working there a lot although the working hours where completely unresonable and very strainous.

I like working at you compony for a new challenge

I like dealing with customer and dispute. I will dealing with reports. Iam having a good relationship with all my colleges and my manager to an intend that they seek help and advices from me. I learn that the staff must be happy so that we can work simple and with trust. Also learned the have a privacy when it comes to a company procedures. I enjoy to be a good leader by not a boss. Challenging aspects is when the staff do come to work and I must sit with them and talk about the issue and we end up being in the same page.
