- Recruitment, conducting induction.
Attend to grievances and conflicts of the staff. Facilitate the hearing and attend to the CCMA cases. Assist managers in attracting suitable talent. Placing the success full candidates and conduct induction. Facilitate training and issue training bonds when necessary. Compile payroll input and changes and capture on VIP system. I have a good relationship with both management and staff. I am approachable and always will to give support. I have learnt to be confident and consistent in handling difficult staff. I enjoy giving support and advise at the workplace. I like introducing new employees to the organisation. Handling disciplinary procedures can be difficult but that requires me to stick to the policies and be consistent. Having to give negative reports or bad new to staff can be difficult. But I have learned not to be personal and give facts and steps that were followed to get to the decision.

Excellent learning curve
I had a good relationship with coworkers, the environment was welcoming and warm. I enjoyed working under recruitment and Disciplinary processes. I have learnt filling, using email in a proper manner, the process of shortlisting, to write minutes, handle technicians files, to work in a group, the importance of handling employees payslip. I enjoyed recruitment, learning about disciplinary actions and taking employees to training, filing was part of my everyday task so naturally i grew the love for filling and it gave me the knowledge about other employees. I was most challenged during disciplinary hearings when the employees do no pitch for their hearings, also when clients needs a lot number of technicians to report to site and im being told late so I find that most of the technicians are not available.

My current job gives lots of work experience but non living salary
A very challenging job dealing with vulnerable people from all walks of life with different circumstances but giving work satisfaction when individual clients develop to be better in social and independent lives. Displaced citizens are given hope, self esteem and dignity through basic needs services and skills developments .The high lights is when one gets a job and exit the program.
Pros: Working under pressure everyday gives the best experience.
Cons: My current job has no fixed hours we work according to the day needs for example a client may get sick.

Basic foundation
My four years of experience as an Executive personal assistant and eight years of experience in office administration have enabled me to hone my skills as an organized, responsible multi‐tasker who thrives in a busy, dynamic environment. I'm valued for my positive attitude, professionalism, attention to detail, loyalty and resourcefulness, as well as my excellent communication skills.

I have learned a lot
I work office hours, we have an amazing team here we work well together , i have learned to work with broken people and people of different races and cultures and i am now very god with people,the most challenging thing about my job is that we have lots of people who are thieves,who uses drugs and alcohol, who lie a lot, you have to be aware at all times never lose focus
Pros: i have been promoted to do our finances
Cons: i work 8 hours a day
