A new understanding of corporate structure

Holistically the company care about its employees, and offer additional great benefits. I had the opportunity to interact and work along side some very intelligent men and woman in this industry which I will surely miss. No training was provided and it was a challenging industry to get into. The work life balance and travel are not sustainable at all. My travel to and from work were around 187km and 3 - 4.5 hours of traffic daily

Pros: Great company with a lit if scope for major growth
Cons: No training received, management morals and ethics were questionable and often non existent.

Time to master a new field

I would like to spend less time doing computer work, and more time building client relationships, and look for opportunities to sign new clients. A typical day at work would consist of giving support to my allocated Internet service providers. I am very fond of my coworkers, and we motivate and care for our fellow workers. I have learnt so much about fibre. I enjoy going out to the Internet service provides to give trading and also learn their procedures.

Pros: Excellent benefits and satisfactory salary
Cons: Mostly computer work 95%
