All round involvement

I am involved in the all-round business aspects of the company and not only in Finance. I also handle the HR function together with the GM of our branch. I also work very closely with our sales team and also I get involved with marketing events etc. In the last 2 years I have become quite involved in operations. The ops manager resigned 2 years ago and he was not replaced due to financial reasons. I have a very good relationship with my co-workers and I am a believer that employees are companies' biggest assets. I enjoy training fellow employees and empowering them to grow. I believe that perseverance and determination is the key to success and that goes hand-in-hand with integrity and honesty.

Pros: Great working environment, I've learned a lot more about the business and have been given opportunities in other areas.
Cons: Not the most exciting industry

Good communication skills internally and externally.

good relationship with my team and assisting them where it is necessary. Month end are my most important dates in my career, because that is where I always prove myself what I'm capable for? When the customer is telling me that they don't have money to pay, that is a good challenge for me. I like to keep my team very close to me in order to assist them with their personal problems to avoid them to be affected at work.

Pros: it is a good advantage for me, but not really interested on that
Cons: I like working long hours when it is necessary especially month end.

Room for growth

l woa typical work day is from 8am _ 4.30, normally busy and hectic. I have a very good relationship with my co_workers, we always make time to destress and laugh .rk day

Learning curve

It was nice working with as a team. On daily basis we know that we have to reach our target so that we can receive incentives, this was great task because it made us to even work harder.

Good in working with people and individually.

I am very good with people my colleagues love working with me because i,m very open and hard working so i am very confident to say i,m good working with people.

Fast learner and pro active

I am a pro active individual who always goes an extra mile in any task that is given to me.I am a confident individual with a positive and enthusiastic outlook of life,I enjoy challenges. I am tenacious when tackling projects and challenge and friendly person who relates well with others. I could be an assets to any company that i might employed to because I am open to career change and development.

Excellent learning curve

It is very busy as everyone is focused on the work trying to reach their target . The people I was working with are fun to be around i really enjoyed working with them. When i started working I was slow when capturing as time went I improved so much and the work became very easy. What i enjoyed most is that we were able to assist one another if there was something we didnt understand.

Pros: Great working hours
Cons: The treatment we get from senior staff is bad sometimes
