Good learning course

Working at Metrofin finance has given me a wonderful experience. when you get to meet all sort kind of people with different characters selling to them the insurance that we also have even though we are a loan company. my relationship with my co-workers is very beautiful, we work as a team we help each other out in terms of finishing the target. I enjoy being at work especially when ill be having a new client because i will be getting a commission. The most challenging moment is when i have to go for marketing burging people to come and take a loan and earn very less amount of money at the end of the month which is R2400.

Good leadership

A very growing Microlanding company with lots of peoples persons and encaragement , Each day is a mirracle day working with smile each day. Knowing your customer needs . A lthough there is a time where work is not honour it . But resolvation conquer it . Good communication with other is a very best thing in life , As those peoples works with you more that 8 hours a day . Values and Missions controls the office situation, There are lots of things in the team that i learned . Expecially when its comes to clients you may see different faces with different languages .I really enjoy working with the energic team. Most challenging thing the most is when i see my staff hungry for reaching their targets .
