Excellent learning curve

Im working with people from the beginning of the day till the end of the day assisting them with their cash loans that they came to apply apply for. i meet different kinds of people with different characters, some are interesting and some are just normal people but most of the time i meat very interesting ones. We have a friendly relationship with my colleagues and we respect one another so much. I have learn how to assist a client to apply for a loan and to to apply for funeral cover which bwe have at Metrofin also to identify documents that i needed for applying for a loan and our a funeral policy. I enjoy meeting new people and talking the whole day especially to people who are not judgmental. my company is going to move to Pinetown so its going to be difficult for me to move along due to my son 's school location.

Pros: Learning and earning experience for development of the company.
Cons: relocating internationally.

First learn

I am team work and first learn. I have experience to sort files and data capturing also help client by a good communication skill and I am able to use Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Training applied and develops skills in selling, approching and researching

Marketing with posters,pamphlets and recruiting client by creating a relationship with other companies and existing clients and create a need for a product Follow up arrears by telephonic and visit them. As an assisting branch manager it help me to develops in the manager level standards and able to assist other consultants with clear5 understand . Team work help us to grow in company. Difficulty client told me to work on a calm manner and do more research and learn more and create new ideas to do my work. Busiest times like pay-date give us challenges because of less staff members and slow work system we have in company end we discouraging our client patience. Going to the field for promotion and marketing and gain clients were best things for me

Good communication, Analytical thinker, Problem solving skills

Very funny and exciting utmosphere.I enjoy every minute i spend with my coworkers and our clients.I have learnt how to behave around the office and how to deal with difficult clients and that customer is always right.My weakness was when others were not pulling their weight in completing tasks on time but in situation like that i usually overcome with possitive attidute.

I have worked for Metrofin since 01 March 2008 as branch manager and promoted in 2012 as Regional Manager. I am a very dedicated and a hard working who is always willing to go extra mile and able to work under pressure. All of my previous employment entailed dealing with problem solving, customers, Adminiatrstion and compiling reports, so I felt this is an opportunity to prove that I have the potential to work in this industry.

Excellent learning

-We have a good relationship as colleges -Av learnt that we have to respect each ather, respect our client, work hard and always know your goal,mission and values -What i enjoy the most is the challenges that we get -The most challenging aspects is the target the we get as a consultant and as a brunch
