was responsible of organising sponsors or funders across the country to support our NGO. also organising event and ending functions. i interact with workers very well and never been involve in any disputes or conflict. i have the positive relationship with managers and workers. i have good influence to all staff members. ive learn working under lot of pressure when you given lot of work in short time. interacting with customers and selling what the company is offering to the business industry. was working with people with no qualification and knowledge of the company offers.

Pros: being recognise for the hardwork
Cons: working with poor facilities and under poor condition

Fast learner

i work 6days a week. I organise programme for community and schools. we teach kids lifeskills and values of life. I enjoy organising events, camps and interviews with radio shows. Not having enough challenges and opportunity.

Pros: new challenges, promotion
Cons: not to many challenges. not enough facilities and trainings

Excellent

There is too much pressure on deadlines. each day has its challenges such s designing props for the term and finding new sponsors. excellent relationshpi with workers. i have learnt to be always up-to-date with my work. never give up on trying something new even if its too risky.
