Learning curve

It is a small company with around 40 employee s ,so we all know each other.The managers do double duties eg, financial Manager is also a human resource manager and plant manager is also a workshop manager and safety officer and store manager.My normal day start with daily inspections​ and check for spares if there is no breakdown.The most challenging part of my work is staying late alone or attending a breakdown alone after hours.

Pros: Opportunity for learning
Cons: Poor safety management
