Good if you want to gain experiene

A very good relationship with fellow colleagues Good understanding among the team and great support Production orientated so cannot plan days as it changes due to demand of the needs Long hours with no flexibility of leaving early when working late- NO payment for extra hours no employee benefits (Pension and Medical aid) Inconsistency from Top Management with staff High favoritism from Top Management No recognition or reward when implementing new ideas

Team building

Enjoyed most of the challenges, we never bought new machines we designed them from scratch whether big or small projects . Call outs were tough because I would be alone and the whole factory depending on me to minimize the downtime as they were dependent on commission. The experience really put me on an abroad level with programming and IT elements that make plant management easier than it looks.

Pros: Advantage to learn new design aspect and technologies.
Cons: Standby everyday since i was the only electrical guy in the plant.

Excellent learninCurve

Im working as a Quality Co ordinator , Doing Food Safety Systems , Quality Assurance for the Company , I have experience in leading Audits such as IBL , HACCP and FSA C

Pros: I was promoted fromBeing Quality Co Ordinator to Acting Quality Manager , I started the Food Safety Syatems from Stretch , there was no Food Safety Systems in the Company
Cons: The Company is too far from where Im staying

Excellent learning curve

A highly motivated and ambitious individual able to give timely and accurate advise, guidance, support and training to team members and staff. Highly organized, energetic and flexible with management skills which have been exercised through experience. Having a proven ability to lead by example, consistently hit targets, improve best practices and organize time efficiently. Now looking forward to a making a significant contribution as supervisor with a company that offers a genuine opportunity for progression.
