I gained a lot of experience on a high level.
Working at Meyerton Engineering has taught me to perfect my multitasking skills. Efficiency was very important as my job scope was quite large. I had an amazing relationship with my colleagues. I am a people's person so I vibe with people quite easily. The most challenging/exciting part of it was being appointed fixed assets project manager. I had no idea what I was doing, had to figure it out and lead members on getting this project implemented. It was successful after all that hard work.
Pros: Got a lot of exposure
Cons: No long term career growth
