Great colleagues,good environment, lacks effective communication , no employee incentives.

The company is not as big as other companies might be. Most of the times we get in the office sit down from 8 a.m until 5 p.m and do work if there is any. We normally do integration projects. When there is no work(Projects) there is literally nothing to do and we still to come sit the whole day. The colleagues are excellent at their work and working with them is great because of their generosity and altruism. We have been doing integration from ever since I got to the company from 2016 so I have learnt how to do web services using Java API and the Springframe work and this by now has become a routine and there no feel of moving forward or any prediction of my career moving forward like this. The only challenge about the job is trying to better your career. The criteria for being able to be seen as someone who can be uplifted is ambiguous. I enjoy the perks of working at home when you have other important things to do that are blocking you from coming to work.
