Looking for a new challenge.

My typical day consists of capturing invoices on the Shipshape system. Preparing adhoc payments. Starting preparations for creditor reconciliations. Making sure that all costs are provided for. Biggest part of my job description is to ensure that we are billed at the correct rates by the airlines. Or make sure that we provided and invoiced clients correctly. From there completing reconciliations. I love working with people. I have a great relationship with my co-workers as well as clients which accounts I manage. I'm always eager to learn something new. It's a huge challenge coming from 2 big corporate companies and now working in an environment where no initiative or preposals are allowed, to make changes in order to reach your goals and targets quicker and easier. Only allowed communication and corresponding in Afrikaans. At this point I'm starting to doubt my ability to do what I'm passionate about and good at.

Pros: Working with people and learning about a different industry
Cons: No company benifits. My whole life revolves around my job. Hadly any time for a social life. Unfair distribution of work which causes me to work long hours seeing that I have to much work.

Conducive place to work and learn

There is really no incentive to stay with the company besides the flexibility. Noce working environment. Great co-workers. I worked with full trust. Great employers. Learned a great deal of new programmes.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Not doing market related tasks
