Great learning curve
Always it was a new day to me because I was enjoying to do my job and that keep my relationship between us as corligs and to my employer and that makes me learnt more information contained within my job and more excpreance I was always enjoy doing my job well challenges are always there but if it's a part of my job I don't see anything wrong

Is one of the best hospital in Middelburg, we have good communication skills, we are all doing well and able to solve challenges.all departments are doing well and working conditions is very great,we treat our clients as our first priority because we love our job

Good and challenging working experience
Being part of Middelburg Hospital was so exciting and challenging at the same time. I have learn to work with different kinds of people from different backgrounds and cultures. My daily administration was challenging at times but I was able to cope because of the team work,however i was also able to work independently so. I have learned to be professional analytical secretive with personal information of staff, work independently and as a team and to always try to create a healthy working environment between my colleges. What was most challenging is to deal with people and their attitude.

Great learning curve
Administration job it's a good job to me because I really enjoyed it every time because I really know what I'm doing there my relationship between me and core workers is to solid because I really know that the more I keep my self close with my core workers I gain access and more information contained within my job and I always tell my self that I'm not perfect that's why I learned so much better than the information I came with and this makes sense to me every time that to keep my self closed I gain a lort and which is major changes and is important because I'm always happy and enjoy my job but if I don't keep my self starter challenge always give me challenge that means I have to work in advance
