Stepping Stone.

Busy workplace with lots of pressure. A typical day at work was hectic.From the moment you stepped in till the moment you leave work, you are busy. I learned great customer service skills and how to work under pressure. Management was tough. My co-workers where friendly, understanding and helpful. It is a stepping stone for better opportunities out there.

Dedication and commitment

Typical Work Day:Amazing, but long hours sometimes can be problematic But other than that, interacting with people on daily basis and meeting new faces is what is more interesting . Co-Workers: Amazing, we try to maintain good/professional relationship with one another...it's sisterly. Lesson: Passion of what you do and commitment can take you places, your bosses are always watching. I really enjoy up-selling my regular clients, the best part about it is when they do not even know that- that is what I am doing, its so fascinating but can be challenging. Challenge: Customers, who are rude for no reason

Opportunity of great motivation.

Opportunity of great motivational and professional dimensions. My attached CV will show that I have strong sales and administration background . I have a great deal to contribute, given my experience,interest and creative energy. I am very exited about the position. The people and functions of the environment all add up to a very appealing challenge.

A great 250 seater restaurant. Great food and service. Wrong location

Daily learning, through traing and empowering those around me. I believe in upskilling in order to surround myself with a strong team. Fast pace. Family envirenment coupled with a great vibe and healthy atmosphere with aim to make one customer a day of friend. To balance prepsheets and make sure that profits are high and expenses in line and to grow market shre. I believe in coomunity involvement

I have learnt the importance of Customer service

I love working as Customer service person, especially in room service, From answering the calls and be of service to Guest at the Hotel to making sure that their orders are delivered Accurately and On time. I am an easy person to be with, Team Player And I have learnt the importance of team work and dealing wih customers and the most challenging aspect its keeping track of time when its very Busy because our main aim is delivering Promptly

Grat working environment.

Typical days are long but you can choose what days you want to work which makes planning out your week very easy. Around this time of year the restaurant is very busy and the tips are pretty good. co-workers are fantastic and the managers are great to work with.

Pros: Very flexible working hours
Cons: Woking hours can be very long
