Willing to learn something new everyday
Working with people it become hard dealing with complains and finding a way to solve them and making the customer happy is what i deal with everyday because to loose customer it taikes 1second bt to find 1 maybe a month.so showing love smile and being helpful all the times it gives a reward at the end of the day.as for my fellow coleques respect and being there for each other in team's of work team work it helps alot.
Pros: grabbing each and every chance that i got with my hands maybe to prove or improve something's at my work place is what i am ready for always all the times

Great experience job
Working in Miladys Cresta was enjoyable the co-workers were close and we helped each other to grow and learn new things everytime, I had to learn to have a good communication skills and also not to let my mood have impact on my job I have to keep a happy face all the time for customers but I didn't have to force it because my coworkers where always there to cheer the mood up even if you had bad mood, they were there to lighten it. Overall it was a great experience and learning curve and having to deal with different personalities and customers.

Good company
It is a good company to work for has great benefits especially with long service. The executives are very considerate of their workers and put in a lot of efforts to keep staff proactive.

Very challenging
Not much opportunity in the area, only where headoffice is situated. Challenging to work in a platinum store without a manager, but the challenges lets you grow alot

Good learning curve
I personally have been at miladays for 4yrs now but I'm still a 30hr associate with not growth and if u can investigate me I am a hard worker and even thinking of quitting since I see there is no growth and yet I love working in this company.please assist me. Thank you

Excellent career progression
I started working at miladys as a helper to clean the store. I got promotion to be sales lady also i was giving the best customer service,and That's when I started to do filling and admin , then been promoted to lead the staff.

Good learning
it was a good experience working as a cashier i learned to be very careful with money pay attention to every detail, give good customer service. making sure the store does not have stock loss.sign in new stock n checking all boxes are correct the quantity in all boxes are correct. i don't like the working hours even on weekend i feel the money is not enough to be at work almost everyday.loved all the people i worked with.

Willing to learn
I was a travelling visual and had 14 store's, under my supervision, before the restructuring , after I had to work in one store, so that time I was studying part time with India(national diploma in human resource) the I completed on 2016 and graduate.so am looking forward to explore and meet challenges, and still gonna study further, doing one thing everyday, no training,is a bit discouraging and demotivating
