Professionalism must be applied that's all

Milkor is a defence force company where we manufacturer super six guns, it has few of haas machines, working at milkor helped me realize that i can be more than just a setter and operator,more like a program or a manager as sort, i could stay if my salary increase to 18k or more because of thr experience i have, the only thing that make me decide to leave is because of salary that all cost of living is too high. It was fun working with new people with defferent ideas knowledge and all sort of skills learned alot from them honestly,

Excellent entry into management and engineering.

During my time at Milkor I have gained valuable experience in the corporate world. While working as a Business Development Manager I learned a lot about building and maintaining professional relationships. I was compelled to step beyond my comfort zone, finding myself delivering presentations before high ranking military personell and delivering TV interviews during the BRICS tradeshow. Moving to my current position (Mechanical Design Engineer), I learned a lot about manufacturing of armoured steel, vehicles and the complexities around desinging a complete system. I was also tasked with designing an open weapons turret and modelling parts that had to be incorporated into our current designs.

Pros: Great gain of experience, good position, great team.
Cons: Not in the location I want to be at right now.
