Working at Mindwize clinic

I arrive at work at 06h30. I bill the patients for the previous day for the psychiatrist and psychologist. 08h00 I switch on switchboard until receptionist arrives at 10h00 to take over. Updating outstanding accounts from 90 days and over - checking 30 days accounts that is outstanding. Busy doing claims for WCA to be paid from Labour department. phoning outstanding accounts and queries from m/a accounts not paid. Relieve receptionist from time to time. Daily replies on emails - do it as soon as I receive it. Love to sort out problems immediately, then I know its over and done with. Started working for Mindwize in February 2016 and have collected 75% of outstanding accounts for 2015 / 2014. On Current and 30 days outstanding accounts only.

Pros: Great experience and challenge to work with psych patients
Cons: No growth, no increases and no benefits

New Challenge in Psychiatry

A service orientated individual who works well in a pressurised environment, takes pride in my work. and excellent communications skills. To make a personal contribution by making the Companies goals my personal goals.

Pros: None. Basically just reception / admin / debtors
Cons: normal working day 07h00-16h00

Not Worth It

Cons: Cannot grow in company and no benefits
