Good opportunity with an international company

- Typical work day includes interaction with the hotels in the group, sourcing, advising and assisting the hotels with their requirements - We all have a very good relationship, almost family like - I have managed to broaden my scope in procurement especially with regards to projects such as redesign and refurbishments - I enjoy my job function - change in management, different approaches when management is changed

Pros: great travel opportunities, really diverse culture, real opportunity to grow
Cons: Management style need some attention

Fulfilling role

Learning and development is such a fulfilling job. As a sociable person I love working with people from all walks of life. I'm very passionate about what I do and I live the fact that each day presents different challenges and working in a global matrix has exposed me to global community and supporting various African countries has taught me a lot about different cultures and way of doing things which makes my job amazing.

Pros: Imparting knowledge to others and see them grow
Cons: Building learning culture
