Minova is one of the leading suppliers in the mining industries ,I deal directly with production,distribution and Minova is one of the leading suppliers in the mining industries ,I deal directly with production,distribution and the sales team ,it is a high pressure driven and customer focused company with a good service delivery reputation. I work on the field dealing with Rock engineers etc ,I arrange deliveries ,follow up on orders ,update the debtors analysis make sure customer accounts are up to date ,follow up on leads ,go inderground to do trials and tests as and when it is required, problem solve . sales team ,it is a high pressure driven and customer focused company with a good service delivery reputation. Challenging, rewarding, interpersonal relationships

Calculation of price adjustments, read contracts and tenders. Meet with internal sales staff. Visit customers on site to discuss solutions to their concerns. Learnt to deal with procurement versus operations when it comes with customer service. Most challenging aspect is passing price adjustments to customers who plead poverty.
