Good learning curve

MIP has a good "family" kind of environment where they take interest in your personal life and well being. The are different divisions and teams within divisions so you have a variety of industry clients you can choose to work for and they (management) has an open door policy and you can request moving between teams. The main programming language that is used is Progress 4GL and the is a bit of Javascript that may be used.

Pros: Gives chances to recent graduates
Cons: None competative remuneration

Love To Work

I love o I love to get up every morning and know I doing something get up and go to work every day. I love working with different kids of people and I am a peoples person. Pros: I am very dedicated and loyal. I love to better myself to the benefit of the company.
Cons: I try not to see cons. I look for solution's rather than starring blunt in a problem

Excellent learning Curve

Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code. Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming. Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures. Obtains and licenses software by obtaining required information from vendors; recommending purchases; testing and approving products.
