I put the Real in Real Estate
A typical work day involves going to the office. Prepare for the day by serving the internet for stock. Cold calling, email marketing, typing documents, such as lease and sale contracts. Arrange appointments with clients, signing deals. I have a great relationship with my co-workers. I always assist workers by mentoring and giving them advice. I have learnt that you have to have great inter personal and sales skills to be successful in this industry. I have learned great negotiation skills, marketing strategies, interacting with clients and evaluating properties, compiling Comparative Market Analysis. I enjoy meeting new people on a daily basis and assist them to find their dream home. The most challenging aspects of my job is when sellers are not willing to be realistic about their property value. However, I have managed to build great relationships with my clients and is very honest.
Pros: The pros for working at this company opens opportunities to interact with different types of people. It builds my character and identify my strenghts and weaknesses. By identifying my weaknesses it enables me to improve and learn how to overcome my weaknesses and turn them into strengths and positive qualities.
Cons: The cons are to meet clients very late at night, but I have come to a realisation that it is part of being a Real Estate Agent. Buyers and sellers are mostly available after hours and I must be available whenever they have spare time to meet.

I put the Real in Real Estate
A typical work day for me at my current company entails the following: -Cold calling to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants -Canvassing for stock -Giving buyers and sellers feedback on progress of transactions -Interacting with attorneys and bank consultants -Typing and compiling material -Schedule appointments and attend / drive to clients -View properties' -Compile CMA's -I have an excellent relationship with all my co-workers and is always helpful and giving them advice -I mentor other agents -Real Estate has taught me to always be professional, honest and punctual -I enjoy interacting with different types of people and love negotiating during the transaction -One of the most challenging aspects of the job is when clients don't want to be realistic about the market related pricing of their properties

Excellent Administration Experience
I am a Real Estate Agent. I sell and rent out property. I interact with clients on a daily basis. I evaluate property prices on the property market. I compile Comparative Market Analysis to give sellers a detailed understanding of what their properties are worth. I canvass by phone and face to face. I have an excellent working relationship with my colleagues and always helpful. I have learnt to be successful one must work hard and be persistent. The most challenging aspect of the job is that I earn on a commission basis depending on the amount of sales or rentals I make for the month. On the other hand it also allows me to work harder every day to get good results. I enjoy being a Real Estate for the flexibility it offers.
