Great learning curve

I've got a great working relationship with my co-workers. I've learnt how to use all the instruments in the lab and I have been exposed to many different analytical methods. I can test raw materials, intermediate and final products, stability products and handle equipment validation, calibration and maintenance thereof.

Pros: ver interesting daily tasks
Cons: long working hours, many tasks, little money, no room for growth.

We have internal standard procedure trainings on site

40 hour a week working as a team i have learnt many thing as i started in packaging,production planning and i enjoy having internal meetings every morning to discus about production schedules and make sure we have all the materials in place to keek production going all the times
