relationships at work are okay I enjoy working with the guys most challenging, the fact that there is no equality male domineering environment customers tend to walk over you not the typical my people first company

Still growing as toolmaker

Have a good working relationship with my co- workers and good working environment, with normal working hours but do not have any benefits, enjoy to help and assist my co- workers especially machine operators and tool setters.
