Great work ethics, brilliant training

• I support a team of 6: General Manager, Deputy General Manager, 2x Managers, 2x Assistant Managers • I deal with all admin related work such as diary management for everyone. • Travel arrangements, hotel bookings, flight bookings, driver bookings etc. • Visa applications whether online or directly to the embassy – I do this on their behalf • Personal/Private (Incl. families) Medical aid claims, Insurance claims, Dr’s appointments, holiday bookings, car services, petrol mileage etc. • I am proficient on MS Office and Outlook, I work mostly on Excel and Word. • I do recons of vendors on SAP as well as disbursements for travel and daily expenses like entertainment with guests etc. • Timesheets for own business personnel

Pros: Great values and work ethics
Cons: Not very easy to move within the company

Good learning curve

I have been in the reception and hotel industry for some time now and enjoyed meeting new people and gaining experience in the field I had chosen after my education. Except, we all don’t know what we want until our life experiences change our minds. I worked for a number of companies where I used my administration and receptionist skills previously in my caree

Pros: good working enviroment
Cons: long working hours without taking a break, no opportunity for promotion

Excellent Learning Curve

Typing, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, SAP System, Switchboard and Switchboard Systems Answering High Call Volumes Incoming and Outgoing Mail Assisting to Clients and Guests Ordering of Stationary Electronic and Paper Filing

Pros: Gaining new skills and knowledge.
Cons: Long hours and low pay
