Excellent people's skills
A typical work day would entail visiting business owners to offer them a Miway competitve quotes. Those would entail your SME's to your big companies. I would also market my expertise on facebook, take pics of vehicles with company logos on the road and also with with Referrals from current client. I would then set up an appointment with the relevant client to discuss what Miway offers in terms of their business insurance. My job has taught me to be persistence, time management and my people skills got a lot better as I engaged with different clients everyday. I enjoy working with people and being on the road. I have learnt to handle each client differently as they posses different needs in their business. The most challenging aspect of the job is working with irate clients which teaches one to be calm at most times and to listen to what the client requires at all times.

A sales environment with challenges and very pressured environment. Have to meet daily targets,weekly target and monthly target to get commissions. You need to be self driven ,self disciplined , have to have good communication skills in order to reach your targets.

Excellent Learning Experience
Miway Insurance is an awesome company with great values and culture. We have an open door policy from CEO to management level and we work as a team with all different departments across the company. My highlight working for Miway is that everyone is friendly and very helpful. As a company we are all innovative and driven to achieve excellence through dedication and hard work. We put our client's first and we serve them well each day. Most challenging aspects in this job is to be at your best all times even if you are at your lowest, BUT we make it work. Our company mission to be a World Class Insurance company in South Africa.

Team player
I would like to work for a company that has a good environment, that promotes growth and allows change. A company that will allow you to share ideas and showcase my knowlwdge and skills. A compay full of possitive employees who are enthusiastic and energrtic and that remunarise and recognise their employees with incentives for their good job. At my current job we treat each other like family and practice diversity. I enjoy how we negotiate with clients and service prociders, I have learned to be a team player and nake sure I provide correct information

I've Grown
I have grown in this company in the past almost 7 years of working here. I have done many things and have learned a lot and have accomplished a lot too. The people I work with are like family and treats everyone as such. Its a really lively environment and the people are too.

Excellent learning curves
The last company I worked for is 1 Life insurance, I resigned 3 December 2018. I worked for Media 24 in the accounts department, paying accounts & there after move to credit control. At Varsity college I was branch administrator, I've worked as a receptionist for Protea hotel, I worked as a sales consultant for Santam insurance & Auto & General in short-term insurance.
Pros: Excellent learning curve, resigned March 2017
Cons: No opportunity for growth
