I have acquired good verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills knowledge and skills in Telephone Etiquette. Advance knowledge of Debt Collection, Compiling Invoices, and Municipal Acts/Bylaws. Experience in working as a team leader, target driven, discipline and self-motivated. Experience in handling complex complaints. I’ve worked at Reloaded Concepts working with Online Media and Marketing. A different experience

great relationship with co-workers and team leaders. met some good sales people. everyday was a new challenge and a chance at recreating myself. great support structure from people working there. I enjoyed the incentives that were offered to us as employees to commend us or rather encourage us on the sales and effort we have made for the day. the job pushed you to always be thinking out the box, make people believe what you say and also believe in what you are selling to them for them to be able to do so.
