Cover letter I am Vince Gumbi currently working as senior stock controller in a logistics company Mix telematics .I previously worked at Cresta as a Stock control Supervisor for 6 years and I am proud to say that I worked which are the same shift that you guys have in your advert and I survived 6 good years . My point being is that I am more than capable to supervise night shift as I previously worked with 23 staff members that were supervised according the standard procedure under my continuous training under my leadership . All I ask is a chance to prove myself and be the part of a winning team .Should I don't make it in your selection please advise on what I can do to improve myself career wise and as a person ,I thank you . I am good at heart Self driven Determined Loyal Attention to detail is my priority I am Vince Gumbi from the Eastrand and I am currently working as a Senior stock supervisor in Midrand .I am currently looking for a that requires supervisory position,logistics and stock controller I have previously worked as a stores controller which was more of staff supervisory and stock controlling so as how to manage it .More details are on my resume and please have a look and advise on what to improve on should I not suitable for the position . I am hard working can work under pressure and do everything to the best of my ability

i work 8 till 4 Monday till Friday ,i work in the customer care department we a group of girls working together we have a good understanding and a strong team build .since i have been her i have learnt a lot how to deal with clients working under pressure and having patience

Working hard

A typical day is when experiencing a high call volume. My relationship withe co-workers is good at all levels. l have learnt to be polite and diplomatic with the clients. l enjoy interacting with clients and co-workers at all levels. The most challenging aspect about my job, is when i'm unable to resolve a query immediately for the client.

Learn more in customer care relation

A typical day is when experiencing a very high call volume, l'm able to build a work relationship with co-workers at all levels. l have learnt how to be polite and diplomatic on my job. What i enjoy the most is interacting with clients and building a working relationship with them. The most challenging aspect of my job is when i'm unable to help client with quires with immediate effect.

I am generally regarded as a progressive and positive individual who has acquired much. I tend to approach challenges creatively and enjoy solving problems expediently; can say an eye for details. I have well developed analytical skills coupled with a good feel for business acumen. I am always willing to learn new things, ideas and understanding of company processes.
