Am applying because I want more money..the money am earning is no enough for every thing I pay

I am a really hard worker ...I love challenge because it makes me stronger and makes me know more of what am doing.I also like to put more time in to my work..e.g. working overtime not just for the money but to learn..and to push the company s work I take my work very seriously...because it plays a big role in my life...when I came to mjlabs I started to learn how to work with others and I learned how to work with machines setting it up and mixing products of the day.what I love about this company is that it allows you to learn more of what you do not do in a daily basis

Pros: Opportunities don't come often is so you will get it depends on how and what tipe of worker are you sometings and if you get a position it does not mean you a going to get an increase some people I found there when I started are still in the same place
Cons: From 7:30 to 16:45 Monday to Thursday and Fridays and overtime on the weekend 7:30 to 15:00 something we still do work continually depending on have we feel or pushing so that the goods came go out on time

Excellent exposure and learning

- A typical morning starts off with myself planning my day before we conduct a daily management meeting, to discuss the activities of the day. Throughout the day I sign quality controlled samples during production. I do R&D and in the afternoon prepare samples, and meet with clients or suppliers. - I have an overall great relationship with co workers, although I am easy to get a long with, we are respectful of each other’s work. I have learnt how the industry works. I have learned how to work with adults older than myself but in lower positions. The execution of my knowledge. - To see R&D successfully coming together to a final product. - Being younger than my co workers are challenging, although it doesn’t hold my potential back.

Cons: Not a lot of growing potential

Very good

I have a very good relationship with co-workers I have learnt a lot about raw material and about products I enjoy the most that it is like a family the most challenging aspects is that I need to make shore that the order is correct and the documents is correct that I make for the production and I need to help them on exact
