Great learning opportunity

The company that I am currently working for as motivated and help me build up my career objective, the reason I want to leave the company is that I have relocated to Brits and its to far to travel. although I am driving everyday but it is still tiring. if the head office had another sub office closer to Brits I would have asked to be transferred there.

Pros: Great advantages for learning as they offer training and skills development.
Cons: To far to travel from Brits as i have relocated to brits.

A 12 hour shift may be a long but its an exciting day with lots of work to do, as such as monitring the plant and keepig track of the clients products and assets, me and my co- workers have a good relationship because we team up and target our daily duties and thats the one of few things i have learned that one can never do everything alone team work gets all the work done faster which makes it more effective , i enjoy sharing my knowledge with my co-workers as much as i learn from them, the most challenging aspect of my job is the rules that keep changing in favour of the employees which makes it hard for us to do our job as required by the client.

Ever since i started working for ML I've grown as a person and I've learned new things and the ability to work under pressure as there is always pressure here,

Great team working skills

It is not that hard yet a bit challenging , I just wanted to get more experience and skills,my co-workers are very nice and understanding . Most challenging part of my job was when there are suspects and the reaction is taking longer than expected.but it was great working with all of them.

Learning experience

6 days in a row works. Off were reasonable. I liked the the supervisory position to assist my supervisor. I've learned close observation to details and computer in overall. Collaboration was easy.the communication in different levels was superborn. One challenge is to tell elders what to do at all times but had to adapt

Pros: It was a learning experience or curve
