A topical work day for me is by picking up guests and transferring them to different hotels inside and outside the CBD area. My relationship with co-workers is at a high standard because we always try to help one another when it's needed and always try to motivate each other cause of the daily challengers we have with the guests or the boss. I have learnt that if you treat your employees right then they's treat the customer right, there's so many unhappy people at different companies that I've worked for. I also learnt that every employees Idea as to how to make things better for the company should always be taken seriously. What I enjoy most is to see how people can appreciate your help and also tell others about how you helped them. The most challenging aspects about the job is the days we work. Working & days a week and also two double shifts every second Tuesday really makes you tired and it's a real danger to have a tired driver on the road s like that.

Excellent learning curve

We work together as team to achieve one goal. I enjoy working with clients and helping them, making sure that they are satisfied. i have learnt to deal with complaints. The challenging aspects is that we deal with guests from all over the world and they complain about everything.

Excellent

As I work for MLT, I learnt a lot in this company. I came here with only 6 months experience with a shortage of experience in admin work, but now I can do all admin work by myself without any assistant. I like the working hours of the company, because we work Monday to Friday which is office hours. I like my colleagues very much we are the good team who supporting each other. The most challenging part in my job is when I work under pressure.
