Typical work day. Small company owned by 2 females. I have only one coworker. Learning experience has been great thus far. Some days work is challenging. Excellent boss.

Good learning experience

Its a great learning experience. You are able to work on you own, and take responsibility for you own jobs. It gives you great job satisfaction when the client is satisfied with a job well done

I am doing my internship.

I am an hr intern my job is to check registers and emails on a daily basis. Calculating leave days, screening of cvs, schedule interviews and daily filling and attending meeting.Mlt is a car rental company & shuttle service so I am learning different things. I have a good relationship with my mentor because I always ask her to repeat when I dont understand something.I've learnt how to behave in a working environment and being proffesional at all times.The most challenging aspect of my job its when I am interviewing more than 15 people and shortlist 3.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: working on holidays
