Steep Learning Curve

Operations Manager wearing a couple of hats at the company. Overseeing HR, Finance, Payroll, etc as there are no permanent employees in those roles. My good relationship with my coworkers allows me to do my work as they are very supportive. The role it self is challenging as i get to do alot of learning and i have learnt a lot about different departments of a business and how they gel together.

Pros: Great team environment
Cons: Long hours, a lot of roles to play

I can do my work without any support from the management and still deliver as expected

focus on the bad things that happens within a team, management does' not attend meeting to protect the team, no bonus depending only on the salary i get every, no salary increase,no benefits like medical, pension fund

Pros: None ,there is no growth
Cons: 9 hours but still getting peanuts
