Very good learning curve.
At my work it is always business as usual. There is always work to be done because we are busy with a migration project. It is a good working environment, the team I work with is awesome. They are group of easy to relate and always willing to assist. I have learnt a lot when it come to individual work and team work. I learnt good communication is key. I also work with team in Botswana and Swaziland as we are dealing with international accounts. I enjoy working on recons and engaging with people when solving some problems. For example as I work with insurance premiums and claims some times I have to investigate. therefore I enjoy that. The most challenging aspect is when I need information and someone I need information from does not co-operate, it stresses me. Example people from the counties sometimes they are ignorant.
Pros: No promotion possible for me.
Cons: More work less payment.

Excellent Growth opportunities
Growth in the company: My company is a great place to work. My typical work day would be prioritizing and planning projects that needs to be done for the day. My tasks vary from assisting various practices on the telephone with regards to updating the details of their practice, to certain queries or information they may require about their fees, hospital data as well as vetting Specialists who join the network. Included in that I manage three databases with new Specialist take-ons, Specialists who have been communicated with but who have not made a decision to join the network as yet, as well as specialists who terminate their contracts. I have an excellent relationship with co-workers and communicate well with them. I have learnt that what you put in is what you get out of any project or task that you undertake. I enjoy working with and interacting with people on different levels. The most challenging aspects of the job is that there is no growth or ability to move in my current department.
Pros: Great opportunity for growth in the broader company as well as flexible working hours
Cons: No training has been made available to the department yet so we're uncertain of the types of training available in order to grow.

Leading the team to achieve a client centric operating model
A typical work day involves managing staff, clients as well as patients. My co-workers are an absolute pleasure to work along-side with. They hold me in high regard and as we have been through many challenges as a team, there is a very close relation between myself and the members of the team. Most humbling experience in my career is that I have learnt to listen to the voices of the employees which in essence are the persons who needs to deliver on a specific strategic client centric operating model. For me personally, it has been my passion to be able to hear what the employees are saying and with understanding be able to address their needs within the business ability to do so. Challenging moments have come when it is evident that a co-worker feels threatened by my personal growth. I have learnt to refrain from indulging a competition as for me it is always best to do my own personal best and learn from there.
Pros: Being part of a dynamic organisation
Cons: No regrets on my end
